These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of a licence to the SiteCAD+ software. Your use of the software itself is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which you accept when you install and activate SiteCAD+.
1. Who we are
SiteCAD+ is supplied by Dendro Construction Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08202763, registered office 16 Coed Aben, Wrexham, LL13 9NT. VAT registration number GB 219 5044 17. Contact: dendroconstructionltd@gmail.com.
2. Business customers only
SiteCAD+ is sold to business customers only — sole traders, firms and companies buying it for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. By purchasing you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer, and that the consumer protections in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or right that cannot be excluded by law.
3. How sales are processed (Merchant of Record)
Our checkout and payment processing are handled by Dodo Payments, acting as our Merchant of Record (authorised reseller). Dodo Payments sells the licence to you as reseller, takes payment, and handles applicable sales taxes / VAT and invoicing. Payment terms and receipts are provided by Dodo Payments at checkout. The software licence itself is granted by us under the EULA.

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT or local taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Dodo Payments. We may change prices at any time — the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you buy. Each licence is for one user on one device and runs for 12 months from activation; licences are not perpetual and do not auto-renew.
5. The Founder Licence offer
The Founder Licence is a limited introductory offer for the first fifty (50) customers. We may withdraw or close the offer at any time, including once that limit is reached.
6. Delivery
SiteCAD+ is a digital product. On successful payment your licence key is sent to the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes — please check your spam / junk folder. If you do not receive it, contact us and we will help.
7. Activation and devices
Each key activates SiteCAD+ on one device and is locked to it. If you change or reformat your device, contact us and we will, acting reasonably, re-issue or re-activate your key. You must not use one key on more than one device at a time (see the EULA).
8. Refunds and cancellation
Because SiteCAD+ is a digital product delivered immediately, and because a full-featured 30-day free trial is available so you can evaluate it before buying, all sales are final once your licence key has been issued, except: (a) where the software has a material defect that we are unable to remedy within a reasonable time, in which case we will offer a repair, re-issue or refund; or (b) where a refund is required by law. As a business customer, the consumer cancellation (“cooling-off”) rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. Fixed-term (Founder or Annual) licences are not refundable on a pro-rata basis if you stop using them or choose not to renew. Refund requests are handled together with Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.
9. Renewal
Licences do not auto-renew and we do not take recurring payments. To continue after your 12-month term, purchase again.
10. Support
We provide support on a reasonable-endeavours basis by email at dendroconstructionltd@gmail.com. Annual Licence holders receive priority support. We are not obliged to maintain, support or update the software indefinitely, or after we discontinue it.
11. Our liability
Our liability in connection with your purchase and use of SiteCAD+ is as set out in the EULA, including the limitations and exclusions in it (subject to the matters that cannot be excluded by law). In particular, SiteCAD+ is a professional aid: its outputs — setting-out coordinates, levels, quantities and volumes — must be independently verified by a competent person before being relied upon or used on site.
12. Intellectual property
SiteCAD+ is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the software remain the property of Dendro Construction Ltd or its licensors. See the EULA.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your purchase.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
